Questions from HR and leadership
How quickly can you start?
We respond to all enquiries within one working day. For urgent workplace disputes we aim to hold the first confidential consultation within a few days.
Do you work outside Nairobi and Kajiado?
Yes. Our office is in Ongata Rongai, and we travel to clients across Kenya. Many counselling and coaching sessions can also be held online.
Is mediation legally binding?
Mediation is voluntary, and the parties shape the outcome together. Agreements can be written and signed. Where legal formalities are needed, we work alongside your advocates.
Is your approach suitable for staff of all faiths?
Yes. Our workplace services are professional and respectful of every background. Faith-based counsel is offered only where the client or organisation requests it.
How are fees structured?
Mediation is quoted per case, wellbeing support on a monthly retainer, and training per session or programme. We provide a written proposal after the initial consultation.
Can you train our HR team to handle conflicts internally?
Yes. Our conflict management training can be tailored for HR teams and line managers so they can resolve issues early and know when to escalate.
