Why we exist
Every organisation is made of people, and wherever people work together, disagreements arise. Handled well, conflict can strengthen a team. Handled poorly, it damages relationships, productivity and trust.
Teshua Global Consultants was founded by Dr. Paul Ngare to give organisations and families access to skilled, impartial help: someone who can listen to every side, bring clarity and guide people to agreements that last.
Operating from our office in Ongata Rongai, we work with clients across Kenya, on-site, at our office and online.

Dr. Paul Ngare
Dr. Paul Ngare is a mediator, counsellor and leadership consultant. His training in mediation, together with advanced studies in theology and Christian ministry, shapes a calm, principled approach to helping people through conflict and change.
As a long-serving pastor, he has walked alongside individuals, families and leaders through difficult seasons, from strained relationships to leadership transitions. Through Teshua Global Consultants he brings that experience to organisations that want disputes resolved fairly and their people cared for well.
Clients value his ability to listen without judgement, to see beneath the surface of a dispute, and to help people find solutions they can own.
